Every run the factory does becomes an episode on the factory floor — a playable rerun where nandi summons gods down from kailasa, the critic stamps real verdicts, and shipped products land on the shelf with their real URLs. New ideas and tasks appear there as they happen. Every run really happened.
Each run leaves a trace — a GitHub repo, a deployed URL, a token-and-dollar tally split by model family. No marketing screenshots. The control room shows the same numbers Sai sees.
